Need help identifying some dug up WWII relics

I bought all these relics off a former collector on ebay. He didn't say what most of the items in this video were in the product description. All the relics in this video were supposedly dug up in France. I can't figure out if the telephone in the video is American, German, British, ect. I also have trouble figuring out what some of the other relics are and what the old screws in the video went to. Any help at identifying these would be appreciated.
