Here is DIY for achieving the perfect shade of platinum hair at home for cheap! All products were purchased at Sally's. I will attach a link below to the products that I used.
I am NOT a professional!!! I do want to warn you that everyone's hair is different so proceed with caution! Also, if you are trying to go blonde from dark hair, this is NOT the way to do it. That requires several steps so you do not damage you hair !

-coconut oil
-Developer mixed 20 with 30 when bleaching.
-Prism Lites Bleach in violet
-Wella T18 liquid toner
-Ion Solutions Deep condition
