WATCH: Bureau of Customs bares how luxury vehicles are being smuggled into PH | ANC

On The Scene: The seized luxury cars belonging to controversial government contractors Curlee and Sarah Discaya will be available for public viewing starting Wednesday, November 12, until Friday, November 14. A total of seven luxury vehicles will be auctioned on Thursday, November 20. Those who wish to participate in the bidding must accomplish a registration form and submit it along with their BIR-stamped tax return and proof of payment two days before the auction date.
