How I Use Each Shampoo:

The Mane Choice Easy on The Curls - I shampoo with this 1x per week just as a mild cleanser. This does not strip my hair at all. I can detangle with this product.

Herbal Essence Hello Hydration - I shampoo with this 1x per month in place of The Mane Choice if I need an extra cleanse in between clarifying washes. This is mildly stripping. I cannot detangle with this.
VO5 Clarifying Shampoo - I shampoo with this 1x per month. This completely cleans my hair without making it feel stripped or dry. I can mildly detangle with this.

** I ALWAYS follow up ANY shampoo with a deep condition treatment. I also always do a hot oil treatment before I clarify.
