Thanks a lot to Scotland and the Scottish people for putting up such a wonderful route for us hikers to enjoy. I had a truly fantastic time doing it! Thank you!!
For reference:
I had never wild-camped before. I had previously done only one multi-day hike. Specifically, a 7 days hike in Switzerland ('via alpina') in August 2019 staying in hotels and mountain huts. I had done lots of 1-2 days hikes, mostly in Switzerland.
The toughest part of the 16 days? Getting from London to Portpatrick! Oh boy!
I will do a gear video hoping to help others who want to do the SUW.
Please leave your comment down below! Tell me about your experience about the SUW or hiking in general. I'll do my best to reply to all of you!
(I will not tolerate stupid comments. I want this section to be positive and helpful to other people.)
Thanks for watching and l hope you enjoy the video!
