Waters Edge Lake Spring 2022 Weed Invasion!

Waters Edge Lake in Stone Mountain, Ga. has a major invasive aquatic weed infestation this spring 2022. Last year the community Board of Directors decided that they would abolish the community Lake Committee that had been in place since the community was build in the 1980s. Who needs a lake committee when you have professional vendors they said. No one stocked the lake with grass carp as the Lake Committee would have done. No one had oversight of the lake management vendor's staff. This is what we got.
