What is bluetooth 5.0 and how can it make a difference to this Lithe Audio speaker?

Lithe Audio has updated their best selling Bluetooth ceiling speaker to include Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and an APTX low latency chipset. The ceiling speaker is compatible with Amazon Echo and Alexa voice assistant.

A wifi version is also available to support multi-room installations.
