Winter Power Outage in Ukraine: Weather leaves hundreds of Ukrainian towns in dark
More than 300 Ukrainian towns are without power this Tuesday. Hundreds of vehicles are also stranded on the roads because of heavy snowfall.
Nearly 320 people have been rescued from about a hundred vehicles in the port city of Odesa. But there's more trouble ahead as the weather forecast calls for the temperatures to drop to double digits in the coming days.
