In this repair video we will be working on an asus q302l laptop that came in for charging port replacement. Customer has to wiggle the charging cable for laptop to charge. In this repair video we are going to remove the charging connector completely and solder a new charging port connector socket on to the motherboard.

In this repair video we will be working on a 2010 macbook pro board number 820-2915 that came in for no power. Green light shows up on the charger but macbook does not power on. No fan spin and no short anywhere. After going over the voltage rails, we found missing voltage at pp5v_sus. The cause of that was pm_sus_en which lead us to replace u7940 ic and that fixed the green light no power problem.
