#TheMoment Billy Talent fans helped a man crowd surf in a wheelchair
Francis Laderoute has used a wheelchair after he survived a car accident 10 years ago. Last week at a Billy Talent concert in Penticton, B.C., the crowd lifted him and his wheelchair up onto their shoulders.
