(Complex 1)
WARM UP: Complete 1 Round of both
► 10 minute foam roll
► 10 minute treadmill

(Complex 2)
Movement 1: Perform 15 reps for 3 sets
LAT PULL
► main muscle used: Latisimus Dorsi
► secondary muscles: deltoid, bicep

Movement 2: Perform 15 reps for 3 sets
STRAIGHT BAR CABLE PUSH-DOWN
► main muscle used: Latisimus Dorsi
► secondary muscles: Pectoralis, deltoid, tricep

Movement 3: Perform 10 reps for 3 sets
BANDED HEAVY SQUAT
► main muscle used: Quadricep
► secondary muscles: Hamstring, Gluteus maximus

Movement 4: Perform 20 reps for 3 sets
DOUBLE BAND PRESS BACKS
► main muscle used: Gluteus Maximus/medius
► secondary muscles: Hamstring

Movement 5: Perform 15 reps for 3 sets
REAR DELT-FLY
► main muscle used: Rear deltiod
► secondary muscles: Trapezius

Movement 6: Perform 15 reps for 3 sets
FRONTAL DELT-FLY
► main muscle used: Front deltiod
► secondary muscles: Trapezius

Movement 7: Perform 12 reps for 3 sets
KETTLEBELL EXTENSION
► main muscle used: Tibialis Anterior
► secondary muscles: Quadriceps (vastus lateralis)

Movement 8: Perform 15 reps for 3 sets
BARBELL GOOD MORNINGS
► main muscle used: Hamstring
► secondary muscles: Gluteus Maximus/medius

(Complex 3)
CORE FINISHER: Complete 15 reps of all 3 movements, this equals one round. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Movement 1:
WEIGHTED BAR BICYCLES

Movement 2:
BOSU CROSS FIT SIT-UPS

Movement 3:
ANKLE WEIGHT TUCK-INS

(Complex 4)
COOL DOWN: Complete 1 Round of both
► 10 minute static stretch
