Mentorship - Accountability - Plan

Most of us have a plan to get us from where we are currently to where we would like to be. However, once we devise that plan, most of us don't have the mentorship or accountability to help us follow through with that plan.

Can you find accountability in your tribe? Can you share your goals with people that will listen? Can you find a mentor you can learn from and that will push you to success, even when times are tough?
