DIY Impact Noise Isolating 'Tennis Ball' Drum Platform

How to make a neighbour friendly platform for electric drum kit that has impact noise isolating elements. This is my 1000 x 700 mm version of the famous tennis ball drum riser, made for Thomann's Millenium MPS-200 drum kit.

8 rubber buttons as feet
1000 x 700 x 19 mm MDF board
8 tennis balls
Another MDF board
Impact sound isolation foamed plastic for laminate floors
10 mm rubber gym mat
Another layer of floor isolation
Runner carpet
