Making DIY Bike Rack for a 2" towing receiver

So rather than just buying the 10 Euro bike rack and putting it on the tow ball I decided I wanted something with a platform that could hold more than just a bicycle. For example an electric Enduro bike.

This design also makes it possible to open the trunk with the rack still installed.
