ममता बनर्जी के भतीजे और टीएमसी सांसद को अंडो से बचाने के लिए छातों से कवर किया गया, ये तस्वीरें उसी वक्त की हैं, जब अभिषेक बनर्जी कालीघाट स्थित ममता बनर्जी के घर पर पहुंचे थे, इससे पहले कि अभिषेक बनर्जी कार से उतरते, उनके सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने काले छाते तान लिए, और घर के अंदर जाने तक अभिषेक बनर्जी का चेहरा भी कोई नहीं देख पाया, इससे पहले टीएमसी के विधायक और प्रवक्ता कुणाल घोष पर उस वक्त अंडे फेंके गए जब वो ममता बनर्जी के घर पर एक मीटिंग के लिए जा रहे थे, टीएमी ने इन हमलों के लिए बीजेपी को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है।

Earlier, eggs had been thrown at TMC MLA and spokesperson Kunal Ghosh while he was on his way to a meeting at Mamata Banerjee's home; the TMC has held the BJP responsible for these attacks.
