Chunky Chocolate Brownie

Sorry we took a while to do a vid. My camera girl is back on placement and Im not very tech savvy 😅 Needed a chocolate fix so we decided to make brownie! Only takes about 10 mins to make then an extra 25 mins in the oven. As you should know by now, oven was set at 180 on fanbake.

Chocolate sauce

300 grams of butter
1 whole block of dark cooking chocolate

Batter

6 eggs
2 cups of raw sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
2 cups of plain flour
1/2 a cup of cocoa

Add to bottom of tray

250 grams of chopped up chocolate or chocolate buttons
