Doing the Murph Challenge EVERY day for 30 DAYS | Insane Results!

We did a Murph workout EVERY day for 30 days STRAIGHT... this was easily one of the hardest challenges I have ever done.

We weren't even able to complete a whole one on the first day. I never thought we'd be able to complete one in the time that we finally ended up getting.

This routine was created by and dedicated to Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy.

Murph Routine:
▻ 1 Mile run
▻ 100 Pull ups
▻ 200 Push ups
▻ 300 Squats
▻ 1 Mile run

After getting into a routine we realized that the easiest way to do it (for us) was to split the workout up into 10 sets of:
▻ 10 Pull Ups
▻ 20 Push Ups
▻ 30 Squats

We took no break in between except at the end of our 3rd set, 5th set and 8th set. The break after the 5th set is the longest. Take breaks as needed, though! I almost fainted when I didn't....

Unfortunately, we couldn't beat the best time that we set around the 20th day. Our bodies were just too fatigued, at least I hit a sub 6 mile!
