I've been training handstands for roughly 3 years now and decided to start One arm Handstand Training. I hired a very good coach - Coach Bachmann, and I got the ideas for these videos from Youtuber Lee Lim. I am hoping with good coaching and hard work I can achieve the one arm handstand relatively soon. But I hear often that it will take way longer than you think.
