Stiff inner Helicoil in Ai-NIKKOR 24mm 1:2.8____PART 1

The problem in this fine old lens was the stiff inner Helicoil in Ai-NIKKOR 24mm 1:2.8
The lens have a double helicoil system and the focus ring itself was very good, but the inner focus helicoil was stiff because of the thread was a bit worn out, but not more than I could bring it back to working life again.
When working with helicoids it's IMPORTANT to set small marks when the helicoids gets separate, and also count how many turns untill the helicoids get's separate.
