I know everyone is having a hard time right now.
Although it is actually a major problem that medical students encounter, mental health is a topic we rarely talk about.

It took me some time to have the courage to make a video about this,
but I just feel like we all need to hear about each other’s struggles.
However, I also mentioned here how med students cope, as well as the lessons we learn from all these experiences.

Let’s all end the stigma by raising awareness regarding this. :)
