We stretch chest, shoulders, quads and warm up our back body to the peak pose safely. Backbends are very energizing and can be a good morning yoga practice. Even if you are not pursueing to reach this pose, it's a great yoga class to do to find freedom in your chest, shoulders and back.
During this series we deepen our backbends, balance out heart chakra energy, open the heart for self love & self acceptance & win prizes! We stretch our back, chest, shoulders. All levels welcome, listen to your body , rest when needed, take modifications. Focus on the journey & sensations!
