need a pipe under concrete with out breaking concrete this how you do it ,in the video we had trenched the path of our water service line then made pot holes on both ends of drive way ,we then used a hose to pipe fitting on both ends and conected to out copper pipe , the end doing the boring has a brass hose nozzle creating a jet like stream which makes the hole as you apply water from bib good luck guys
