Take Action for TPS Neighbors - TPS Solidarity Committee Congressional Phone Bank Presentation

n this 2026 Easter/Passover season we are being commanded to turn our values of freedom and redemption into immediate action. Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders and their families need you and your congregations now. This is an emergency. By September of this year, all TPS nationals will have been targeted, making it harder and more dangerous for TPS holders to advocate for themselves publicly.

“The Trump administration has overseen the largest de-documentation in modern history, terminating the lawful TPS of over a million immigrants, many of whom have lived in the United States for decades,” said José Palma, National Organizer for the National TPS Alliance. “For over 25 years, TPS holders kept their end of the bargain: we re-registered year after year, paid fees, passed background checks, and followed the law. Not one more penny of taxpayer funding should be used to detain or deport TPS holders who continue to meet the requirements of the law.”

The National TPS Alliance, together with its citizen and legislative supporters, are organizing a week of actions informed by faith and a shared commitment to defending freedom, justice, and humanity.
Call on your congressional representatives and senators to step up for TPS holders. On Monday March 30th, in preparation for Easter and Passover, The National TPS Alliance’s Solidarity team will be hosting a call bank and online workshop with contact information and talking points for easy lobbying. They care about your vote!
