North Wildwood can't use federal funds to refill beach with sand from inlet
North Wildwood continues to lose chunks of its beach due to severe erosion. Local officials say they have not been able to use federal dollars to obtain sand from the sand-filled Hereford Inlet nearby due to legal, logistical and bureaucratic reasons.
