One big leap forward with XenApp 6 was application streaming; being able to capture the application and stream it to servers and workstations to the offline plugin. In this way application management is centralized and you also overcome issues with DLL hell on your workstations and servers. For the XenApp CCA exam you have to know that only 32 bit apps are supported but latterly Citrix have the Streaming Profiler 6.7 which does support 64 and 32 bit apps. We use the latest profiler in the video to capture firefox to stream to our clients.
