Riding the Atlantis Adventures Submarine in Waikiki

I went with Atlantis Adventures for their submarine off of Waikiki. You check-in at the Hilton Hawaiian Village close to the beach there is a kiosk that is really close to the dock they have. From there if you did drive and park in the parking lot you pay $4 for 4 hours from the time stamp on the parking card. When booking your reservation if you are Kamaaina (local Hawaii Resident) you can get 50% off but I would recommend calling in and booking the tickets for it so they will put in the Kamaaina Discount.
