Week 3 of punishment phase of Tanner Horner's capital murder trial: Defense seeks life sentence

The defense called expert witness Aaron Specht, an assistant professor at Purdue University with expertise in environmental health and physics, to testify in their effort to keep Horner from being executed. Specht testified that he measured the amount of lead in Horner's bones and found it to be 24 times higher than that of an average person of his age.
