This is the official video guide for the Bones and Rope (FredHatt and AnnaBones) modular hip harness. We first published our hip harness in summer 2014, but as the original video was grainy we posted this update in 2016.

This is not intended as an in-depth tutorial, please don't attempt this without some form of tuition first.
