South Florida Emergency Vehicles handles repairs all over The Sunshine State. We chatted with David Stonitsch to find out how SFEV has put Fullbay to work for them. We learned the app has helped them up their repair game in a lot of ways – but they especially love the customer portal for the following reasons:

►It eliminates phone calls. If a fire chief wants to know how his truck is, he can jump into the customer portal and find out – sparing the service manager the phone time.
►The shop manager can set up an estimate, kick it to the parts manager for a quote, and get it to the customer for authorization almost instantly.
►The support is awesome. Fullbay made some changes that helped it operate even better for the emergency industry.
