FOOD SHOP IN UK LOCKDOWN: FAMILY OF FOUR (gluten free/dairy free)
This week we got a food delivery slot at Tesco so I thought i'd show you what we typically get in a food shop in lockdown. David and I can't eat gluten so we usually feed Daisy and Hudson gluten free too. Daisy used to get a reaction from gluten whenever we tried her with it but in during lockdown we've been introducing small amounts into her diet and there's been no reaction so far which is great. Fingers crossed her little tummy can deal with it more than ours can. Thankfully Hudson has been absolutely fine whenever he's tried normal bread :)
