Sen. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M., asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions whether President Trump ever expressed his frustration about Sessions' decision to recuse himself from the Russia investigation, but Sessions refused to answer saying, "I am protecting the president's constitutional right."
