WORKOUT 1: Pairs
1400m Run
100 Cal Bike Erg

Run: one partner will set off one way, one the other. Once they meet they’ll switch up the direction and run back (equal work time) - Split calories as wanted.

21 Bench Press
2 Rope Climbs
15 Bench Press
1 Rope Climb
9 Bench Press
Barbell: 155lbs
Rope Climb: 30Lbs Backpack
