BlackBerry KEYone Screen Replacement (Fix Your Broken Display!)

Today I am going to show you how to change the screen on the BlackBerry KEYone. I highly recommend buying the screen in the frame, rather than outside of it (but replacing just the LCD shouldn't be too difficult to do if you have the right glue.)

PH000 Bit
Metal Razor Blade
Thin Playing Card
Heat
Patience.
