Charlie Mackesy is the author of the best selling book and animated film 'The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, And The Horse'.

The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, And The Horse was animated into a short film shown first at Christmas on the BBC in 2022. It subsequently won the Oscar in 2023 for the 'Best Animated Short', and the British Academy Film Awards Awards for the 'British Short Animation'.
