Whatever your budget, you can definitely find an inversion table that will work for you. In this video review of an Innova inversion table, I show you how the cheapest model of inversion table works, and what’s good and bad about it. The cheap inversion table I test in this video works great, except for the ankle holders, which are very uncomfortable and hurt my feet. It is worth spending an extra 20 or $40 on the next model up to get more comfortable leg brackets than the basic model. But even with that problem, the inversion table does make my back feel a lot better when I hang inverted upside down in it, and it is very easy to use and adjust.
