Maruaders #2 Review: Red Queen Revealed!

Today I'll be digging into the 2019 release of Marauders #2 as I continue to explore all elements of the exciting Dawn of X.

There's been a wild amount of back and forth about the mysterious third council member Emma requested, and in Marauders #2 we see Emma and Sebastian Shaw considering options for the Red King or Queen. Given the amount of wild conjecture I put into the possible reveal of this position, I’m mildly disappointed the Red Queen was the obvious answer, although I won’t disagree that it makes plenty of sense.

Otherwise I'm enjoying the adventures of Kate Pryde, Storm, Iceman, Pyro and Lockheed (oh and Bishop!) all at the behest of Emma Frost and the Hellfire Club! Marauders is one of my favorite early comics in the X-Men's Dawn of X.
