Cairns Outer Great Barrier Reef and the Coral Sea.m4v

A fantastic liveaboard trip my wife and I did with a group of underwater photographers from Melbourne. My first time diving the outer Great Barrier Reef and Coral Sea.

It was a typical 6 day trip, traveling overnight to the outer Coral Sea - diving the Cod Hole, Ribbon Reefs, Temple of Doom, The spectacular shark feed and so on. I filmed this all with my Canon MV1 mini DV system and a UR Pro filter.

We also managed to be there at the same time as the Dwarf Minke Whales
and that was a spectacular encounter, both on scuba and snorkel.

The Cod Hole was a memorable dive - and I also managed a night dive with these marine giants. At night they look even bigger and more awe inspiring.

If you've never dived this part of the world, spend the money and just get there and see it for yourself... it is truly spectacular.
