Prenatal Pilates

Hi friends!
Today’s workout is amazing for everyone but I made it specifically for mamas in their first and second trimester.
This workout is a beginner through intermediate level and is going to be a little hard. My hope is that you’ll get your heart rate up, sweat a little, maybe be a little sore tomorrow-all while being very safe and mindful of your babe.
-I had some audio issues with my mic and had to voiceover at the end, I hope it’s ok!!
