17. September 2020 Lee, Melodic Etudes, Nr. 1, 4 Month playing the Cello

Now it's getting interesting 😁 on Saturday it's exactly 4 months with the cello. I dared to do a very difficult etude, at least for me. Sebastian Lee, 40 Melodic and Progressive Studies, No. 1. A particular challenge is the division of the bow to make every note sound, at least halfway, good. Second big challenge, if you don't hear every note in your head beforehand, nothing works, in some places. But, I am very satisfied with what has happened in these 4 months and whoever knows me knows that i never give up 😁 As long as I notice very small progress, I enjoy it, so continue to enjoy it the, at least, next 3 lives 😁 The famous cellist Pablo Casals would once be asked why, when he is over 90, he still practices every day. His answer, "I'm slowly noticing small progress 😏
