10 Minutes HIIT - Full Body/ No Equipment / Home Friendly

Hey team!

Back to training for 2021! Today we're back in for a short and sweet full body HIIT workout. We have 10 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest. I enjoy doing these shorter workouts to get my body back into the routine of training after a break!

R1: Seal Jumps
R2: Walk Across Push Ups
R3: High Knees
R4: Shoulder Taps + Knee Taps
R5: Mountain Climbers
R6: Skater Lunges
R7: Sit Throughs
R8: Alternating Lunges
R9: In & Out Burpees
R10: Broad Jumps
