The Real Estate Strategy I Use for Every Deal (Including My Own)

I started writing plans for my real estate clients because I write them for myself.

I own and self-manage several rental properties. Every one of them came with the same things on the table: tight deadlines, real dollars, dozens of choices that compounded on each other. Every one taught me something about what gets missed when nobody writes it down. Operating with my own money taught me what matters when it is somebody else's.

Five things sit at the center of how I work, on my own deals and on every client's: clarity, confidence, care, integrity, and professionalism. They show up the same way on every transaction, every time.

In practice that looks like a written plan for every client, a decision framework for each inflection point, and a complete picture of what happens when, why, and what it costs.

A home is the most expensive thing most people will ever own. Representing someone in that moment is work I take seriously, because I know what is on the line.
