On this channel, I'm documenting my personal journey of trading Nifty 50 Index Options, starting with a capital of ₹20,000.
My Ultimate Goal: A Life of Meditation
My profound ultimate goal is to grow this capital to ₹10 Lakh. This fund will then be aimed to be secured in a Fixed Deposit with a Small Finance Bank, ideally yielding around 8.5% interest (based on current market conditions), which could provide an estimated annual income of ₹85,000 (or approximately ₹7,083 per month). This financial foundation is intended to allow me to dedicate my life to intensive Anapana meditation (8-10 hours daily) as a resident at a center like Dhammagiri Vipassana Center.
How I Trade (My Personal Strategy - Not Advice):
You'll see me trade Nifty 50 Index Options with a specific strategy I've developed for myself:
Instrument: Nifty 50 Index Options
Entry: I ONLY enter trades when I perceive the market trend is changing (trend reversal points). No chasing, no over-trading.
Options: I prefer In-The-Money (ITM) or Deep ITM options.
Risk/Reward: My typical target is ~20 premium points profit, with a ~20 premium point stop loss.
Capital: Trading with ₹20,000.
Meditation & Trading:
Mindful Approach: In between trades, or when the market is consolidating, I practice Anapana meditation (mindful breathing), cultivating the equanimity I find essential for both trading and life.
