Lina Orfanos sings Theodorakis' "Song of Songs" at the Odeon of Herodion Atticus

Lina Orfanos sings at a fundraising concert to an audience of over 5,000 Athenians at the ancient Herodion Atticus amphitheater at the southern slope of the Acropolis on the evening of the 29th of September in 2007. Personally invited by the composer, she performs with the Popular Orchestra of Mikis Theodorakis. That night Lina apeared on stage with some of the great Greek vocalist including Maria Farantouri, Petros Pandis and Mary Linda. She sang the poem "Song of Songs" by Iakovos Kambanellis from Theodorakis' The Ballad of Mauthausen (1965).
