Steak Crostini Recipe 👇

⭐ Ingredients

- 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup arugula or fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

⭐ Instructions

- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Rub the flank steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the steak is resting, toast the baguette slices on the grill for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
- Slice the rested flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Assemble the crostini by layering arugula or spinach on the toasted baguette slices, followed by slices of steak, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
