First Year at a HBCU 📚: Freshman Advice & My Experience (what you need to know)

Hey loves,

I am currently a second-year nursing student at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Today I want to be really transparent with you and share some of the experiences I went through during my first year at a HBCU. I wanted to share some advice because I know how important freshman year is and I hope you can learn a lot through me and my experiences. Always remember, college is what you make it! Work hard and never give up! If you have any questions or concerns my DMs on Instagram and my comments are always open! Hope you enjoy this video.

Noonlight App:
Noonlight is an app that you can use anytime you are in an emergency situation. It is great to have on your phone even if you don't use it. When you activate your Nonlight it will signal a dispatcher to let them know you are in danger. Once the dispatcher sees that you are in danger (and it is not a drill)they will send the police to your location and a contact person of your choice will be notified as well. It is a great app to have for peace of mind!
