Part 1 - Removing the upper intake plenum

This is Part 1 of a 4-part series on changing the upper AND lower intake manifold gaskets on a 2004 Ford Escape. This video shows the process of removing the upper intake plenum. In this part, it is critical that the fuel line is depressurized at this time, so that the lower intake can be removed in Part 2. Covers years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Also applies to Mercury Mariners and Mazda Tributes.
