1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Butter
1 Onion
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
Spring Onion
Mozzarella Cheese
Chilli Flakes
3 Tbsp Corn
1 Green Chilli
