Gathering sheep on the mountain , risky for shepherd and dog!

we gather sheep on the mountian. it is a risky place for both the shepherd and his dog. Here the sheep are grazing on the highest mountain in Wicklow. We use our working border collies for this job. it is very difficult terrain and it acn be dangerous for man, dog and sheep. Even so, it is how it has been done for years and years.
my sheep graze on the mountain across the glenmalure valley from Lugnaquila and on that hill Jim Nolan uses his grandfathers brand and earmark to identify his sheep, that same brand has been on sheep on that ground since 1907. Lugnaquilla is the highest mountain in
