How to make a Minnie Balloon Centerpiece

Learn how to make a themed balloon centerpiece. I'll show you how to make a bubble chain, attach the topper balloon, and assemble it.

Topper balloon is a 22" Qualtex Bubble balloon but you can substitute with any 18-24" foil balloon.

Used:
1 22" Qualatex Bubble
8 5" balloons inflated 5 pumps
8 5" balloons inflated 3 pumps
1 260 inflated 3 pumps (deflated unused excess)
Stick, base, 4" square tile, packing tape (to attach base to tile), plastic table cover (to cover tile and base).
