DENSE FOG! Up Close Early Morning Rotations- Runway 23L- Manchester

A foggy morning at Manchester with an extremely low cloud base. The morning had started in thick fog, however lifting as the morning progressed. A busy morning with a variety of traffic meant a constant stream of departures on runway 23L. We arrived just after 8am staying till 23L closed at 10.30. It was great to see the Etihad 787-10 which has been operating the route since the start of December, upgraded from the -9. In addition it is great to see new additions to the typical Manchester departures, including Jet Airways with their new route to Mumbai.
